There are currently a large number of COVID-19 cases. For the safety of parties in a case, witnesses, or third parties summoned to give testimony before the Administrative Court (subsequently referred to as “participants in case proceedings”), the Secretary-General of the Office of the Administrative Courts has issued a notification specifying the places where Court proceedings can be accessed and guidance on using electronic proceedings or video conferencing. 

      The place for accessing proceedings of the Administrative Court will be the residence or workplace of the participants in case proceedings; or may be at other places that the Court deems suitable.
