From 11 to 13 September 2025, Mr. Vishnu Varunyou, Vice-President of the Supreme Administrative Court, attended the 2025 Annual Reunion of the European Group of Public Law (EGPL) held under the theme “International Law, European Union Law, Constitutional Law”. He also took part in the meetings of the Board of Directors and the Scientific Council of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO), held at the EPLO headquarters in Legraina/Sounio, Hellenic Republic.

            In this regard, Mr. Vice-President Varunyou was invited to serve as an ad hoc member of the Thesis Prize Committee, responsible for selecting the recipient of the 2025 Thesis Prize. He was assigned to summarize and present to the Committee the thesis entitled “Systematization of European Administrative Law in France and Germany”.
