On September 23, 2025, the President of the Supreme Administrative Court assigned the Office of the Administrative Courts to deliver a floral arrangement to congratulate the 76^th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok. On this occasion, Ms. Radapat Chongthammakun, Advisor to the Office of the Administrative Courts, presented a floral arrangement to Mr. Wu Zhiwu, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Thailand, as a gesture of congratulations on this auspicious occasion.
