“The Year of Administrative Justice Development in Compliance with
International Standards”


     The Administrative Court’s 20-year Master Plan (2018 - 2037) is based on the vision of “rendering fair, speedy, and timely administrative justice for the enhancement of good governance in society and the achievement of court excellence”. In compliance with this vision and the Master Plan, the President of the Supreme Administrative Court has determined the following as policy for the Administrative Court in fiscal year 2020.

      1. Administrative justice must be developed in compliance with international standards.
         1.1 The development of administrative justice must comply with standards which emphasize the utmost benefit to people, administrative agencies, and State officials who are the Court’s service recipients:
               1.1.1 Specify a precise time frame for administrative judicial proceedings; enhance the speediness of trial and adjudication, and promote alternative dispute resolution in administrative cases;
               1.1.2 Provide easy, convenient, economical, and technology-based access to administrative judicial proceedings for all; and
               1.1.3 Develop a database portal for public law researches and legal studies, including a system that supports preparation for Administrative Court judgments and orders so as to facilitate fair, speedy, and precise administrative judicial proceedings.
